We
are now offering a 5% discount to
all customers that have an account
with us for paying on time.
Statements
are mailed on the 1st. of each month
and are due on the last day of each
month.
If
your payment is received on or
before the 15th, we'll take 10% of
the balance.
Your
payment has to reach us by the 15th.
If you want to be sure it does, go
to our site and pay via PayPal using
your PayPal account or major credit
card.

Interest will be added to the
remaining balance at 18% APR.

Special Orders over
$100.00 will now require a deposit.

Hourly Rate for Service Calls will
now be billed in 30 Minute
increments instead of One Hour
increments. This applies to
any additional time as the first
hour is included.

Shop Labor will continue to be
billed in 30 minute increments.

Technical Support will now be billed
in 15 Minute blocks with a minimum
charge of 15 Minutes to be paid in
advance via Credit Card, or PayPal.
If you have an Account with us then
we can simply add the charge to your
account.

For our Current Rates, please call
us or send us an Email.
We do offer Special Rates to
existing customers, but there won't
be any further support given for
free unless it is directly related
to a purchase you made from us and
pertains to a problem with said
equipment. Setup and
Configuration is not considered a
problem.
